I would stick with yew for better XP and cash. Forget about time. As long as you reach 99 WC you'll be happy.

for f2p you should really stick to yews considering there aren't many better ways to get cash otherwise..if p2p willows are fine though

I don't recommend yews because of all the autoers, but if you do need money... they're your best bet, but it'll take ages to get 99 woodcut that way.
