November 20, 200619 yr Most of them are not finished or just plain bad..I usually just use notebook paper and a .5mm Mechanical pencil because I'm hawt like that. I do them all in school and they take up to two days, they're really just used to keep me occupied. Enjoy :D This is one of my favorites, it is also one of my best, in my opinion. Drew him up today. Teh name's Bond. Jerry Bond. This one was drawn after I watched a video about negative space. That wasn't the reason there's black everywhere, I was just having fun...Supposedly, according to my friend, it's a humorous portrait of him. I asked JaGeX to post this on their Player's Gallery and instead-I was beat by the Barrows' brothers in the pub. What's up with that? Robin Hood FTW  Yes, I know he's sideways. -.- Supposed to be a humorous portrait of myself, although it looks NOTHING like me..The hair looks cool IMO, though : Avatar fan :-$ _____________ -~Kuroi Ame~- do u wow?Cassiius|Level 70 Night Elf Preist|RunetotemSambora|Level 37 Tauren Shaman|BurningLegion
November 20, 200619 yr You need alot of work on facial anatomy, not so much the layout of the face, but the details of the face. As far as body anatomy, it's pretty good. Ok, I see some of your pictures are anime, but you can still be more detailed. Me doing staff.

I do need to work on my facial anatomy, but people kind of look at me funny when I stare at their faces :ohnoes: and I don't carry mirrors around school. :-w . You realize that anime things have like huge eyes and extremely disproportioned noses, etc.? But the last one is anime, but just because the show is in anime. do u wow?Cassiius|Level 70 Night Elf Preist|RunetotemSambora|Level 37 Tauren Shaman|BurningLegion
November 20, 200619 yr On the very first sketch a quick note is that peoples noses are NOT pointed... you have yours with a line down the center which doesn't work. Peoples noses are sorta roundish... If i can grab my dads computer and pop in some lines then ill try and show you how it should look.. at least in my opinion New sigzor^^

I'm not saying there's anything wrong with anime. But if you want to learn to draw portraiture, it's a bad idea. BTW just carry around pictures of your favorite artists or actors, and draw them by graphing them out. Me doing staff.

Actually not all anime does, you're generalizing. And you don't need to stare at peoples faces, to practice just print a picture of a face that has good lighting from the internet and practice from that. It's just a silly excuse you're trying to make, "Well I can't stare at people," number one you can, number two you don't have to. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with anime.
