i was looking at them also but i changed my mind and i think im might go with the zune

 

 

 

but if anyone still has more input ill be glad to read it

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Zen was my obvious choice to replace my iPod.

 

 

 

I found out that with the Zen it is impossible to have your music ordered by the number of the track on it's ID3 tags. You have to either rename all your files to get the track titles to '01. xxxx' or just listen to it ordered alphabetically. I really like listening to entire albums, so that is a no-no for me.

 

 

 

Also, they have removed the radio recording function, which I considered one of it's highlights.

I'm getting another iPod. Hopefully an 80 gig video.

 

 

 

I'm sure I won't be completely satisfied with it, though.

There is a lot of software that can rename files based on their ID3 tags. In a few clicks I can make my whole collection on any naming format I want :wink:

I know diminished, I use one of those programs. My collection is all pretty. :)

 

 

 

But why should I take the time to rename everything I have again, in another way?

I've been dieing for the past year to buy an iPod. I'm hoping to finaly get one for Christmas. An iPod Mini, silver, off ebay.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I had a Shuffle, but it got put through the wash with my cell phone. I also had an mp3 player, but the screen is now broke from leaving it in my jean pockets for like a week.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I never liked the Shuffle though.

the zune thing looks pretty sweet and so does the ipod but i would havta say the Zen mp3 player is the best!!!!!!!!!!! 8-)

I have an Ipod Video (30GB) and the only real 'problem'

 

 

 

is the batteries, those are gone quite fast. (In fact, its about 3-4 hours)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But, they dont need batteries. (I dont know if the zune needs those.)
