Elvy_666
Ok, so some of you reading this are like..."not another barrows thread" but this is different....I know they say a ring of wealth does not affect items from the chest.... BUT, when you kill a barrows brother...It dies....and the drops go to the chest.....so what if you have a ring of wealth while killing the bros.... would you have a 20% higher chance of a good drop going to the chest? Genin
You are kind of speaking about the same concept. If they say ROW doesn't affect what you get in the chest, since the chest is the final step - you would guess that means ROW doesn't affect anything before it, lol. oblivion2006
Even if it did effect it I'd stick with my Ring of Life still. The amount if affects drops is so minimal it doesn't really make a difference.

Elvy_666
It's just i take a ring of wealth, because i have never gone that low as to die or even be able to use a ring of life.....
Jimmyd17
In my time spent at barrows, I've had a RoW on for about 1/4ths of it. It doesn't make a difference I can conclude. I took a break from barrowing one day and put on my RoW to go slayering. After a day of slyaing I suited up again and accidently left it on. A couple hundred trip later I relized I had it on instead of my RoL. I did happen to notice that the RoW doesn't affect the drops put into the chest because those couple hundred runs were nothing different from the other few hundred runs I've done. Rebdragon
ROW affects Rune drops, but not the actual Barrows items. These theories have all been pretty much shut down months ago, so I personally don't see this thread going far. FastForce
Ring of Wealth does not affect Barrows rewards. It's in the Knowledge Base somewhere, can't find it atm. Road To Trimmed Completionist
