November 27, 200619 yr If you're on a GPRS or 3G network it won't cost 'minutes'. In those cases you are charged for data transfer, not time connected. Some people are changed by being a moderator. I wouldn't be.

November 27, 200619 yr You would have to pay per text message... What does that have to do with his question? Some people are changed by being a moderator. I wouldn't be.
November 27, 200619 yr You would have to pay per text message... What does that have to do with his question? It answers it. Most companies count IM messages as text messages. Gamertag: King Arizona
November 27, 200619 yr Yea, I had a similar question about MSN mobile. Does it cost the person you're IMing (in this case the cell phone user) any money? Me doing staff.
November 28, 200619 yr Author erem..so it counts..? November 28, 200619 yr With Verizon, you have to pay for one text message for every IM sent/received. And to Viktorkrum77, I'm not certain about MSN, but I would assume that it charges the person that you're IMing.
November 28, 200619 yr That's interesting. Over here it is counted as data sent/received for which you are charged per MB. You have to be connected to the interweb on your phone to be able to do it. Surely if it counts as one text message per IM sent there is absolutely no point in doing that over regular text messaging? Some people are changed by being a moderator. I wouldn't be.
