For a white dress, either get druid robes, desert robes, or a frog princess outfit. For thr first two you need to be a member, for the latter, you need to be a girl.

Yep

With the frog event you get a token. You take the token to the varrock clothing shop, where you can get either a frog mask or costume. The costume is either a prince ( male char ) or princess ( female char ).

 

 

 

Also if you have one form of costume, switch char type and then try on the costume, it automatically switches as well. So no male with princess outfits or females with prince outfits.
