I checked the appeal offence/ban and it said my name was offensive! Now... Like all large games, they can't double check every false report. Send in an appeal and make sure it wasn't just an accident. The "illegal" name rule wasn't originally in place, so any names made before the rule came along aren't subject to the rule, since they weren't "illegal" when created. If I was you I would get used to the fact that you will probably not get this account un-banned.
