The cookie tracks which websites you visit which use that advertising company, and if you click any of the ads, and then (sometimes) if you buy any of the products. It's really nothing to be concerned about unless you're uber crazy about privacy like that. If you are, you can block cookies from tribalfusion, doubleclick, etc. in internet explorer via tools -> internet options -> privacy -> sites Where the bloody hell are you?
