That's what the White Kite shield is. Finish the "Wanted!" quest, kill a bunch of black knights until you get to the rating where you can purchase them from the White Knight's Armoury, and Voila!

The white shield from the Lumby combat guide is white with a single veritcal blue stripe.......That's all I can think of. :-k

I'm a Master White Knight, so i can buy anything from their armory.
