3) I could say that swinging a giant stick to hit a ball is stupid looking. I could say that bouncing a ball for 32 minutes, trying to make it go into a small basket is stupid. How is moving your legs in order to hit four arrows stupid?

 

 

 

4) It is a great form of exercise. I stay in shape with it. People have lost hundreds of pounds playing DDR on a regular basis.

1. uh yes? it's called an opinion. Would you eat a pile of disgusting looking food, even if I told you it tasted great? No. It's because you already have a mid set that you wont like it. I decided I dont want to play it, and that's that.

 

 

 

2. getting sweaty at the mall, and then walking around after smelling and looking horrid is not my idea of a good time. Sure, you can play at home, but why spend the money if there's a ddr machine near by? (there's one a few minutes from my dorm, always crowded)

6. That's one of my examples why I dont want to have it at my house. My dad always yells at me when im doing push ups or something that requires alot of pressure and movement on the floors because he hears the ceiling moving, and he's afraid the tv will fall. He gets scared about that easily, it's a very expensive tv.

 

 

 

7. I dont play halo 2 as much as I do games like Zelda and other adventure/problem solving games. Shoot em up games are always fun, but only if I'm bored.

 

 

 

8. I meant memorize where the arrows are. I noticed people, when they were first playing, had alot of trouble remembering where each arrow was, even though its obvious the right arrow is on the right, etc.

 

 

 

9. I doubt people are jealous. People like me just think it's lame to e doing that in a public place. We're the kind of people who dont like to be embarrased in public, because girls are around. it's a typical male thing. People who dont care as much about "looking cool" arent bothered by it. When I first started playing, the only reason I missed arrows was because my body/fingers weren't used to moving that way and responding to a visual signal on the screen, over time you become accustomed to it and it becomes second nature. People who play often get good enough to where it looks like they're memorizing it but it's second nature to them...much like typing on your keyboard.

it requires problem solving. I never said it was challenging, its just not 100% straight forward. You have to plan ahead anf work things out before doing them
