Closest thing is a Paladin, but he's missing the helmet. Hmm, I think your talking about Hero, but anyway. I don't really seed the point of an npc with full dragon. All NPCs wearing dragon I know of are: Saradomin Wizard (Dagger) Vannakka (Square Shield) It would be great to have some hard one to kill that has drops similar to steel dragons or better.
