If you have completed Recruitment Drive then you can. It doesn't work in f2p

Yep.. you talk to a certain NPC after the Recruitment Drive quest, and he'll change your respawn between the two for you.

This is called the graze of Saradomin in p2p if you die you land in fally only if you have done recruitment drive first.
