December 24, 200619 yr You need 60 Defense and completion of Legends Quest to wield one. If you have both the halves, you can make a shield yourself with 60 Smithing. I mean one being wielded and the other in inv.)
December 24, 200619 yr I do not think you can have both of them at the same time, but you should probably wait for someone else since I'm not entirely sure.
