Fastest/Best way to level Construction?

Featured Replies

Hey, I'm level 40 construction and I'm wondering what is the best or fastest way to level construction to level 75. I want to build my own guilded alter for prayer levels. I heard that building oak larders is the way to go? Can anyone tell me any other ways to raise it because that seems... well really expensive.

Before leveling construction, keep in mind that you wont have to get 75 to get the gilded altar. You can cut corners using the crystal saw and the construction tea. A gilded tea cup, which gives +3 construction and Crystal Saw. With that in mind you need 69 construction. Oak larders is probably the fastest.

oak larders and making stuff for other people are the fastest/most economical.

To train con, I bought a bunch of oaks, then in my inventory I would have:

Laws

Earths

Airs (home tele)

GP

Saw

Hammer

1 Willow log (baloon ride)

21 Oak Logs

Equiped: Ring of Dueling, One of those hunting -weight capes, boots of lightness

I would tak the balloon ride from CW to Varrock, right beside the sawmill, plank my logs, tele house, use them on my workbench, tele via duelring to CW. Repeat.

With Stephen's method, you don't need a cape or boots.

However, if you only want to plank, you need one or the other, or 2 items that don't take up weight (i.e. vials)

The crystal saw and tea are musts. I use a strategy of "level jumping" with them and building as high level as possible. If you haven't done "one small favor," do it. That quest can be used to level construction quite a bit.

If you get genie lamps, use them. I went from 40-41 on lamps.

At 50, I plan to move to Yanille for the bank (although Fremmy isn't a bad spot, you can bank on etcetera or fairy ring to lost city)
