The odds of finding someone on forums to trade are very very slim. I'd suggest you power fish at shilo until you have a good amount of salmon/trout and cook those. Yeah I'd go with what cbk said, until you are about level 70 or 80 and have cooking gauntlets then you should cook lobs.

Hey, I'm level 40 construction and I'm wondering what is the best or fastest way to level construction to level 75. I want to build my own guilded alter for prayer levels. I heard that building oak larders is the way to go? Can anyone tell me any other ways to raise it because that seems... well really expensive.

Light the burners, use the bones on the altar. That doesn't help me, I want to know the method and way of doing it repetitively.
