Easily. The Robin Hood Hat, Ranger Boots, Crystal Bow, and Fury Amulet would cost the most, but together they probably won't even touch 15m, maybe 20m at absolute most. The other stuff doesn't even touch 1m.

yea, i asked which people would prefer 99 magic or ranged, and alot of people said and agreed with "ranged is popular with noobs" and really i dont see how ranged is that amazing if your going to pk or duel.

I think the best set up for a pure ranger if you were pking in members would be 99 range 80 def and high Hp with 82 magic. When you pk use rune knives because they are very fast so you will hit more which means they eat more it also lets you use a sheild for some defence if your pking at the mage bank I would use an elemental sheild so that your telle block has a higher chance of working on the first try.
