Well I downloaded ss how do I get to the tip it chat from there? I mean what channel is it?

in what your talking about, type /server irc.tip.it then /j #runescape

NitrousIRC is not a file, it cannot be downloaded. NitrousIRC is an IRC network (similar to the irc.tip.it network, or freenode, quakenet, or any other IRC network.
