To anyone who bothers reading this post,

 

 

 

I wish to gain 7.5Million Experience (approximately) on the Defence stat to have the glory of 99 Defence. The only thing that is stopping me is the fact that my way of training is too inefficient for experience.

 

 

 

If you know a decent way to train up this skill, please post here.

I'm f2p, my best way is just finding a lowish level thing that you can hit high on using defensive style. I use white knights, they don't pose a threat to me dieing, I can hit fairly high, and they have a lot of hp.

I don't need a f2p training tip, most of my levels did come from f2p anyhow.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The basis of my post was for specific ways of training, not a broad area.
