Do you believe that it is okay to fine people for speeding, littering, or other small offense? Yeah? If people feel comfortable "breaking the small rules", it makes it easier to break a big one. Littering destroys the environment, speeding puts lives at risk. My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. Actually it should read "He killed hundreds of thousands of people and the Iraqi government executed him for his crime so somehow that makes us as bad as him." Suddenly this statement isn't sounding quite so good.
