cannon

i have to questions

first i was looking in the range guide , i always thought the cannon was fastrainging, but then i read that you dont recieve hp xp and only recieve 1/4 of the normal range xp

if you are getting that little xp how can the cannon be so great for training

wouldnt a knives or a bow be faster?

second if i do decide to use it, im trying to go from lvl 76 -80 range, will about 4k cannonballs get me there?

im planning on using it at lesser with a bow or at lighthouse with melee

Perhaps they should call those skills Robbery, Lumberjack, Arsonist, ect...

The exp is reduced, but it is still much faster than training range any other way (except maybe PC and putting the points on range). If you're in a place with lots of monsters, the balls will fire rapidly and they commonly hit for 15-20 damage.

i would recommend agaisnt it, granted you do get alot of xp but it requires alot of cballs and just isnt worth it.

ok...so i got 2 different replies

anyone else have an opinion?

im considering trying chinchompas too

In my opinion, you hit too many zeros with a canon to be good xp. Range and PC with chinchompas using points on range.

what lvl would you reccoment to catch chinchompas at, i have 60 hunter and i was trying to catch the carnivorous ones for about 20 minutes and i didnt get a single one

I'm not a fan of them either, very expensive to use and HP is a good thing to have

however, you could make the ultmate pure - 10 hp, 1def, 1prayer, 99 range. wouldn't be cheap though..

And I guess I just wanted to tell you, as the light starts to fade, that you aree the reason, that I am not afraid, and I guess I just wanted to mention, as the heavens will fall, that we will be together soon if we will be anything at all.

technically there arent many players worth pking at lvl 3, and at lvl lvl 57 wildy, lvl 60 pures cud kill a lvl 3 range pure in a hit. There goes the pure idea. :notalk:

[not sure what combat ull get with 99 range, but point is the same]

Life is a joke. Yeah, I don't get it either.

You have to be 63 hunter to be able to catch the red chinchompas. I would definitely recommend them over a cannon.
