I'd stick to Edgeville since you're F2P.

You can always experiment with Yews in Varrock, but I personally favor Edgeville.

There are 23 Yew trees in the F2P world.

You can see the locations of all of them by selecting show Rare Trees

on the official Jagex map of Runescape.

The Edgeville ones are probably the closest to a bank.

They will probably also be the most crowded.

So, you could take a look at the 3 behind the Varrock palace.

Or, just visit all 23 trees and see what works best for you in terms of

chopping competition and bank walking time.

Hope this helps

North east of Varrock there are 3 trees. If you combine them, It will look like an L. It's probably the best F2P yews and not too many knows about them. Try to go to world 1-5 as the bots usually don't go on worlds that is hard to get into.
