world 1. varrock west bank where they sell god armours. north of the place across the wall. some ppl will be there selling party hats.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

that was about 1 yr ago? i used to hang out there with my red phat until i sold it. recently been back there a few times to merchant god armour but did not see anybody across the wall.

It's in world 1, north of the Varrock west bank. There is always people sellign rares there, and I think I have seen someone selling a purple p hat there sometime. But that was long ago...
