January 9, 200719 yr It's almost always 100%. I've seen a few people selling broken ones, but they say they are. Typically if you see someone saying "selling ___", it'll be at 100%.
January 10, 200719 yr Any broken barrows are UNTRADABLE. I'm not sure about Barrows at 0, but i'm pretty sure their untradable though. Fully fixed barrows are definitly tradable.
