Stew: You have to make it yourself.

 

 

 

White berries: Red Dragon Isle around level 40 wilderness, and in Tirannwn near Lletya. Also can be grown in farming.

 

 

 

Barley Malt: Grow barley, and cook on a range.

Stew can be bought in Seers pub.

The Warriors Guild also has a good stock of stews. I bought all mine there for the RFD Evil Dave Subquest and Spicy Stews.
