Kill_Life
I say ... Accurate. I always train on accurate :) Unless on monsters wich can hit me hard and I don't have a safespot. But otherwise, always: Accurate! "A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do"[Currently playing: K1ll L1f3]
vulpoon
Rapid for pking, rapid for training gives better xp So rapid ftw! Apparently none of you can multiply correctly.... 300cats x 100deaths= 3,000deaths 3,000deaths=900,000gp
supermonk
Accurate is better when enemies have high defence. Rapid is better when an enemies defence isn't that great. Of course everyone's too ignorant to see this, and think "z0mg lol fastr attck = more dmg ofmg rolf lomao" Supermonk, proving you wrong since 1992. Supermonk rocks, I want to have his children.Music is like candy. You always get rid of the rapper.

Obsessive_Passion
It really depends on your armour, weapon, range level and availability of arrows. I usually train on rapid. On accurate, there's always the common 'chance' of hitting a zero (more than twice in succession), so why not a double 10 on rapid, too? Essentially, I think if looked at in this way, both firing methods balance each other out. Which method you choose just depends on your patience, maybe (if you're continually hitting zeroes on accurate, then you might switch to rapid).
