Question about skill capes.

I have a question about skill capes. Lets say I get 99 fishing and it is my first 99 so the cape is not trimmed, and then I get 99 cooking and i get a trimmed cooking cape. How would i get a trimmed fishing cape?

i beleive that your original cape becomes trimmed on attainment of your second 99
