I asume your using photoshop. to make a boarder: 1. Create a new layer 2. Select the entire sig (with selection tool) 3. Go to Edit > stroke and fill in what you want. Generaly a 1px black boarder is fine. As far as the sig: - Filter Pile = bad! Download brushes from places such as http://www.deviantart.com - work on blending the render in. It looks transparent here and doesn't work well. - The text is very poor. Download some fonts and Anti alise your text. - Generaly you just need to get some brushes than read up on some tutorials. do not do filter piles.
