Crafting nature runes is one of if not the fastest money making method. You could always merchant, but that's not something I really enjoy. If you have some nice melee stats killing green dragons can be very profitable, although it is being reduced because more and more people go out to slay them, causing the price on bones and hides to go down. So for money, your best bet is to stick to nat crafting through the abyss.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As for lvling, like I said, pc. Pc stands for pest control, you know, that minigame where you have to take down portals with a team. If you are in a pest control clan, which requires you to already a pretty high lvl, it's the fastest combat exp in the game and free of charge too.

I'm guessing that your melee stats arn't that high as you said you were pure mage. So killing mosters really isn't a good way to make money unless you use mage to kill monsters. Pk'ing isn't really that great either because you have no guarntee that you're going to get a kill. Nor is staking because there is no 100% chance your going to win which means you could lose, losing your cash.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My suggestion is to go pick flax, spin it into bow strings and sell it off. Flax is easily picked at the tree gnome stronghold. You can spin it at lumbridge as there is a very close bank near by.Spinning it gives great crafting xp also. Bow strings will sell for 180-200 each. Try to sell them in 1 k + as your more likely to sell them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As for you problem of leveling up. First you'll have to tell me what your stats are, combat stats. Attack, strength and defence. What armour you have and what kind of food you have or are willing to get.

Well, for a start, having 'no good skills' isn't going to help your financial situation. Take wc, for an example. The higher your level is, the more accessible you will be to better trees. Yes, the more levels you gain, the more xp is required for another level, but you'll be chopping the logs faster anyway. I usually make money from skilling. Though, I'm F2P, so my opinion may not be as relevant.

i would like to get magic up enough so i could try to get the zamorak staff,god cape,and book.and i would prefer any method that could get me enough money to train with(rune costs) and to get full black mystic.

Ok the zammy staff and cape will cost you 60 magic. The book on the other hand needs you to do a quest and also buy the pages. The pages will cost you a bit as they are 150-250 k EACH page. This will cost you approximately 600 k - 1 mil.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lets focus on the mage first. It all comes back to making the cash. Once you have the cash, you can buy the runes needed and go out and do it. Mage is really easy to level up because you get xp even if you fail the spell.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To make cash like i said in my other post, pick flax. This requires no level at all and is quite fast money making. You could sell the flax for 80-100 each or go and spin it and sell the bow strings for 180-200 each. I suggest spinning. Why? Because you may need 10 crafting to start to spin it but its great crafting xp and it gets you double the cash.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To get the book you need to do horror from the deep quest. (I'm 90% certain that this is the quest) and to complete this quest you need to kill a dragonth monther. She is quite hard and you may need to get your prayer up a bit.

 

 

 

Once you have the book you need to buy the pages for 150-250 k each like i said eariler.

What you have to be carefull of when doing god armour is the price jumps a hell of alot. Many people arn't willing to go above "their price". Moreover skirts are hard to sell. Infact of all the armours skirt is the hardest to sell. I suggest you don't do this, i suggest you actually if your going to merchant, do iron. Buy iron in off populated worlds for 80 each, world 3,4 & 5 are good for this. And sell it in world 1 or on the forums for 100 - 110 each.

well the zammy skirt thing, is basicly whats called merchanting, earn some cash however you plan to (previous posts) than once you have at least 500k, play runescape as if it were the stock market, buy items low, sell high, use the forums to check for values, also about the zammy skirt, the way I see it, god armour and such are like the sad American economy, dropping in price every day, therefore be careful on how many you try to merchant at once, on day there worth 300k the next 250, you'll never be able to be exact with the market

kill men in lumby for lvl 1 clue scrolls. its a lvl 1, but you have a chance to get some pretty expensive stuff actually. and gather the zammy pages for free. picking flax is a waste of time. buy small amounts of flax instead and spin it. you dont get any xp for picking flax, but you do for spinning it.
