Does anyone have a pretty good gauge of how many more logs/hour you'll get from using a Dragon axe as opposed to a rune axe? Chopping magic or Yew logs.

I can chop 150-250 more logs an hour (yews) with the d wc axe. I suggest to get it, you can always sell it once your finished wc.

I can't believe you can cut 250 more logs with D axe..

Jagex updated it a while ago to make it more efficient than the rune axe.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To the creator of the thread: Check the official RS forums, I remember reading a thread where the creator chooped 1k willows with each axe and recorded the times. I was a good test, but I couldn't remember the outcome.

If you have the money, get the dragon axe. I myself am a nubbly 77 wc, but I still got magic logs like hotcakes with it! It's a terrific upgrade, and if you can afford it, definitely get it.

its a lot faster. i was wc-ing with rune axe (im at 78) and a guy (wc 77) was with me using a dragon axe and he was blowing me away. he would bank run like 2:1 vs me. i want one now badly.....

get the dragon axe. its quicker and you can sell it ocne your done. =]

[on topic]The only problem with buying a dragon ax (yes it's technically ax, not axe) is that if you want to sell it back, the price is going down slowly so you will lose some cash. I think I'll buy a dragon axe when I become members though because I'll be busy chopping so that I can achieve some nice level fletching :D [/on topic]

How many logs do you cut an hour nrmally (with rune)?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If like 200, then you'll cut 220 with a D ax. If 300, then 330 with D ax. (10% better about)
