January 28, 200719 yr Your cannon will hit a lot of 0s on barrows brothers with high defense, but it can be done. No clue on the number of cannon balls per brother though. But, I can tell you that a cannon at the barrows is a terrible waste of money. You are better off using prayer pots and magic.

January 28, 200719 yr Magic Dart (55 Slayer) is your friend. You will get more minds and deaths in the long run making the spell essentially free. I use 5-7 monkfish per trip and 3 doses of prayer potion afterward to start over and run it two or three times before banking. monkfish - ~1800gp prayer pot - ~7000gp ~8800gp spent per trip ~1466.67gp per brother. Easily gained back for me with all the runes and the small chance of a barrows item.

January 28, 200719 yr People go with slayer dart because of two reasons: . it ignores magic armor bonus, that gives you the oportunity of bring any armor . the runes are easy to get on the rewards If you want to range the brothers try full karil + p pots. It will be cheaper and faster then using the cannon. And you also will get bolt racks rewards. You do same max hit on lvl 99 defence or 1 defence. The diference is that usualy on a lvl 99 you will get lot's of 0's.
January 28, 200719 yr While the brothers may not have high defense on their own, their armors, at least the four melee brothers, totally own range. It would take about 7 hits, on average, to take down a Barrows brother. Do you think you can hit 1-4 times against the best range armor out there?
