can you get them as drops even if you cant use them yet?

Yes. I have a giant one in my bank and i'm 62 rc.

Yes, I've got the giant one and can't use it yet.

You get them from abyssal monsters when you go into the abyss.

 

 

 

Yes you can get the pouches even if you can't use them yet, I have 61 runecafting and I have a giant pouch.

 

 

 

You get skulled and your prayer drained to 0 when you go in.

 

 

 

I advise you bring full rune, weapon of choice, and a full inventoyr of lobsters

if you have access to the fairy rings the code ALR will take you to a safer abyss where you wont get skulled or anything
