There is a safespot for the Ankous, first area with them. They might chase you around the barrier, however... it's gonna be pretty freakin' hard to do it without dying.

there IS a safepot.. i got 1k mith ore and 2k addy arrow and 2k laws from them...first .. tele to the end of lvl 4.

go to the rooms with lvl 82 ankous and lv 60 skeles...

 

 

 

at 1 corner near a door there is a safespot.. i trained from 75-84 ranged there

I know you can surivive....easy. Defence doesn't matter...your HP is what matters. Def if for armor lvls, HP is how much damage they can do.
