F2P Magic Training?

Looking to train magic on my F2Per. Currently lvl 53 and my goal is 59+. I've been training ontop of Mage Tower against the caged Lesser Evil. Just curious if there was a fast/easier area/way to do this? Thanks!

Theres no faster way to train magic, in f2p, its all the same speed. Because you only get exp on how fast you cast the spell, I suggest you stay there, and bring 10 laws to tele grab rune meds that drop and maybe even a fire staff with 10 Natures to alc them, if you want.

for a free player your probbly in the best place there is, umm yea do tele grabs for some extra loot, if you decide to become a memeber then you could do pest control, if not just keep doing what your doing and you will get your desired mage lvl soon O:)

Enchant Diamond amulets always gives 67 magic exp per cast.

Well, that depends on what spell you have been using and how much money you want to spend.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Generally speaking, the higher level spells give more exp per cast.

 

 

 

So, the fastest training, in F2P, would be to cast higher level spells.

 

 

 

However, that would get very expensive.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For example, you need, at most, 111292 exp to reach magic 59

 

 

 

You could do that by casting about 2420 Earth Blasts.

 

 

 

That would cost you about 800,000 gp

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For many players that's a lot of money.

 

 

 

So, most F2P players choose a more cost effective approach.

 

 

 

For example, you could reach your goal by casting, at most, 3838 failed Curses.

 

 

 

That would cost you about 115000 if you bought all of the runes.

 

 

 

It would cost you nothing but time, if you made all of those runes yourself.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Most players have time but not money.

 

 

 

Failed Curses gives more exp than all of the Strike (Mind) spells

 

 

 

and costs about 1 gp per 1 magic exp earned.

 

 

 

That's much better than Chaos and Death rune based spells.

Cast high level alchemy on yew longs from 55 to 99.

other than that, nothing at all

i'd suggest alching steel plates really. Mine your own iron/coal and smith it yourself for some good profit :P
