I've just bought full veracs and need to get to 70 strength. I need something to train on, and I was also thinking, does the set effect on the veracs effect a npc's defense?

Yes, the verac set effect will be effective versus npc defense. Hence, the set is commonly used as an alternative for mage verse the melee barrow brothers with very high melee defense.

Hes only level 85, I don't think he can KQ, unless hes got a ownage team 8-) I'd say.....any monster that uses prayer.....
