February 4, 200719 yr ive got 60 magic and 37 prayer.im taking with me 8 prayer pots,full black mystic,mind sheild,the runes for 200 fireblasts,lava battlestaff,18 lobbies.think i can do the mage arena with this equipment?and if not wat should i bring? working on 99 construction.donations and ideas on how to get 150 mil+ are welcome!
February 4, 200719 yr Although you have Protection from Magic prayer, it will be very annoying to drink a dose of prayer potion every time your prayer drops by 1. Bring prayer-boosting gear. Switch the frequently-used magic amulet for a holy/unholy symbol and use a prayer book.
February 4, 200719 yr Don't use black mystic use the Robes of Zamoak (the red ones) in case you get killed so you don't lose anything of value.

February 5, 200719 yr Maybe grab some monk's robes, but that's all. Nothing else is necessary, except some prayer potions. 4 is enough, but take more just in case. February 5, 200719 yr Abyssal, be nice.. But on topic, you can do it most definetly. You don't even need all this mage boosting gear, really. Just wear Monks Robes, a magic/glory amulet, and you'll be fine. Bring the staff and runes necessary for ~150 casts of your chosen spell, and about 2-4 Prayer Potions. February 5, 200719 yr I did it with just my fire battlestaff and about 3 p pots, using about 100 fire blasts in total i think :lol: Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
