Altough in f2p Lesser demons isn't the fastest but it is for sure the best because it has nice drops high hp monsentes and easy safe spots and a decente speed of leveling.

At taverly dungeon there is a cover spot for blue dragons

Trust me on this one. Go do the waterfall quest so you can range fire giants its ober xp and nice drops. just be sure to bring food just in case.

Don't use them, they have pretty high defence, and horrible drops for their lvl.

Yes there are safe spots on black demons. But they aren't good xp. Go for fire giants at the waterfall dungeon.
