They're most likely merchanting them - buying several thousand at a time until they have a number such as a million.

Well if there a level 3 wirth a name like 'jainjain o0o0 0o0' then you kinda think there a bot :-w

Merchant them...

i found that the best place for collecting feathers, other than buying from fishing stores, is the group of chickens in the champions guild. Either range or melee them, they usually respawn faster than you can pick up the feathers.

Either way, I do find the Champion's Guild is the fastest. What I can do sometimes is take a Magic Shortbow and arrows and set it on rapid. Then just click on a Chicken to attack, as the arrow shoots, click a new one, and repeat until all the chickens are dead.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You're really likely to hit 3s so it goes quick. And they don't spawn until you've collected all you wanted to.

or get them hunting birds but I forgot how fast you can get them
