I have seen many different methods of " hurting yourself " in order to obtain lower hp at Pest Control. I would like to know what you need in order to do this and where I get what I need. Thank you! :)

quite frankly I don't believe dhoraks is the way to go... The ways mentioned above are fine and they can work decently well... but i have seen quite a few people get themselves to respectably low hps only to have a lvl 122 (or whatever the level is) monster sprawn beside em and kill them in two hits...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I would suggest you use an abby whip, dd++ and prayer... but if you are set to go ahead and use dhoraks then yeah... the ways mentioned above will work

Don't forget nightshades (or what they're called), if you eat one, you take damage.

Whatever you use, be careful not to kill yourself on the boat. Also, Protect from melee/others during a round.

I dropped the compound from digsite and took 60 pts of damage.

use zammorak brews, they lower health and def, but raise attack and str really high
