I can do it without anti-fire on a level 3.. but he would level alot killing him. In his room most north western is a big safe spot where you can mage/range. So a level 3 or maybe 4 could beat him easily.

dragons fire can do un identified damage, no one can ever really know what the damage can be, so without a shield its basically suicide (if you wanna see what dragons can max with their fire, be my guest) elvrang just like any dragon should be taken down with extreme care.

 

 

 

Just think, if green dragons can hit a 50+ with fire, what would the KBD hit?

His breaths are long range - Everytime i've been there (about 6), i've never been able to find a safe-spot, where the breath cant hit me.

How can you not find it it's giant.. Yellow spot is the safe spot somewhere in there.

I just tried on pure and died. Didn't know about NW safespot or to get the door before going in...now I need nails and planks again! :(

If you're a member, probably you can, with anti-dfire pots and whatnot, but as an f2per, defintely no.

Beat this: I 1-hited her. Someone else was killing her when I went there to kill her, and then died when whe had 8 health left. I ran in, hit an 3, then a 5 with my rune Battle axe, and completed the quest! :D

 

 

 

NOTE: this was before rs2, so you weren't teleported somewhere to fight her where you are only by yourself.

i did it without anti first shield, i jus used protect from magic and i wos fine. but i had high prayer so i wosnt worried and i jus killed it with 12 prayer points left 2 spare! but thats another sotry i drank str pots 2 get myself up so.....but i did it without anti breath shield

After visiting Crandor for the first time, you can access it by going inside Karamja's volcano, and going north through an "odd wall".

 

 

 

I'd say it's quite possible to kill Elvarg in f2p without the shield, if one uses Proect from Magic, isn't it?
