The_Dragon_Reborn Posted February 17, 2007 Share Posted February 17, 2007 Well...I got a Slayer task from Vanakka of 130 some odd Hell Hounds, and after about 50 of them, I got tired of it. I was losing too many arrows, and hadn't gotten a single clue. So I went and changed it. This time, I got 80 Something Blue Drags. But, I had just done an assignment of 113 Blue Drags, so I wanted something new. I changed it again, my 3rd and last time. I got 11 Cave Slime. Tip.it's Bestiary says that Cave Slime are only in Lumbridge Dungeon, which, you can only access if you have done RfD. I have not, and still need about 40 QP's to start Legends, which you need to finish RfD. Are there any other locations of Cave Slime? sirhc Posted February 17, 2007 Share Posted February 17, 2007 ummm you dont need to do rfd to get to the caves... Lost tribe quest helps. If you have done that go to luby kitchen (In the cellar) and go through the hole in the wall. Then go south a bit and you'll be at the caves. if you havn't done Lost tribe just go to the dungeon entrance in lumby swamps. tip.ut has a good guide on this. You need a spiny helmet (wallbeast protection) and no quests to use the swamp entrance to the caves and you need to have started the Lost Tribe quest to use the lumby castle basement entrance. I was told by a 125 that RfD was required to go through the hole in Lumbridge Castle, when it wasnt working for me. I asked him if there was any other way in, and he said no. I feel stupid. :anxious: I don't think he was intentionally telling you "false information". It's true that you need RFD to get through the hole in the basement, and there's technically no other way to get into the cave under Lumbridge Castle besides that hole (I don't mean the swamp dungeon).
