February 18, 200719 yr Basilisks drop them rather frequently. However, ruencrafting is the best way to get them.

February 18, 200719 yr No you don't need 44 RC to get in. You can buy them from the Magic Guild. Fairly quick. we were given this privledge to get easy exp, everything has a cost.
