Veracs flail?

I was thinking of buying a whip for training but realised it wasnt a great way of strength training. I got told veracs flail is pretty useful so was wondering if it would be a good way of str training? It is 1.3m less than whip but obvious has repairs. I dont PK much, would just like to know if it would be worth buying the flail?

Flail is only good if you have the whole veracs set. You'd be much better of buying a whip for att and def training and a dragon scimmy for the strenght training.

Veracs flail is technically stronger than a whip, but as its two-handed, whip gives you the choice to hold a rune defender, which then makes it superior the the power of a flail. Plus, you need to fix flails ;)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For strength training, i'd use a Dragon scimi as its faster, and you can use a defender.

And to add to this, flail is also a lot slower than whip and d scimmy. Not great for training without the full set

DScim is way better. 450K cheaper, no repair cost, faster, etc.

Get a whip!!! All barrows weapons aren't that good unless you have the full set, just get a d scim for strength training.

i agree, a d skimm is better str training than flai, and no repair fees, whip is fast atk and def training, and keep a d skimm with you for str.
