February 19, 200719 yr World 99 is also used by the Pure Essence company (working with the Law Company) in the North-Western section of the Rune Essence Mine. When they call 'open', you can trade them for a full load of Pure Essence. Much faster than mining it yourself, although with a high Mining level it doesn't exactly take long..
