Yes you can. Look for a busy world so there are lots of players fighting the monsters in there though. And you have to be abit lucky.

i got this skiller he is still lvl 3 with 15 smithing but i wanna get it to 30+

will i be able to do a knights sword quest on it also it is f2p

Yes, but you will have to be careful.

Just pick a world that has a lot of people training down

in the ice caves to be able to get the blurite ore.

Keep in mind that you can die and still keep the ore if you 2 item it.

Also, get enough for 2 swords.

IIRC, F2P can't get another blurite sword after the quest.

So, you'll need to briefly drop a sword on the ground in order

to be able to finish the quest and still keep the second sword.

Btw, you will get a lot of smithing exp from the quest.

Hope this helps

Definitely

Dodge & run tactics, or the good old "mine and die" tactic.

To do the mine and die, bank everything but your pickaxe and a few pieces of food.

Dash through to the safe spot at the beginning of the ice chamber, eat back to full health.

Run and mine, dodge and eat as required, try to get two blurite and then be sure to eat all your food unless you can escape - so you die with pickaxe and 2 blurite - and have those items in Lumby. You must not be skulled, of course!

You don't need to worry about dying, or have friends attack the ice warriors. Just bring some low level food with you, sardines or even shrimp will do. Run through the pirates and hobgoblins to get to the opening of the ice portion. Heal up to 10 hp, and then run for the eastern wall. It's the closest rock to the entrance, and chances are very slim you will get attacked while mining.
