The site should not promote any activity that is against our Rules of Conduct The site should not publish an article or text taken from the Jagex, or RuneScape website without permission. If you do use any text or images you must acknowledge runescape.com as the source, and link back to our site. The site should not link to or promote any adult sites, or sites that conflict with Jagex interests. The site should not promote any sites or information that provide or support hacking, software piracy, or other illegal activities. basiaclly that rule says that we can use the world map as logn as we acknowledge that jagex owns the map and its made by jagex ect ect.. however this rule Can I use graphics from the RuneScape website? As we are aware that fan sites want to help create a RuneScape atmosphere we have put together a pack of graphics that you may use. This can be found in our Copyright FAQ - please do not use any graphics except the ones contained in this zip file. this one says that you amy only use graphcis in the zp (the map isnt in there) and id consider the map a graphic... So which rule is correct? Sending in 10 querys have gotten me 10 automated responses sayign 'were sorry we can not handle each item individually" Rune HQ claism that they can do it (they also support illegal use of worldchangers ect.. read rule #8 the unfair advantage rule) and when i brought it up they banned me.... so what does tip.it think? I knwo u guys have hand made maps ( i have made some they are a PAIN IN THE BUTTOCKS! go look http://www.rs-zone.net/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=27 they are such a pain and look sorta bad.... PLEASE HELP!

June 29, 200422 yr use common sense, put jagex's name on everything and a link to jagex on every third line, then maybe a quote at the bottom saying "if anyone from jagex sees this and doesn't approve message me and ill get rid of it" just to be sure they don't get mad
June 30, 200422 yr As long as you give credit to Jagex I don't see why they would be upset about using the map. Jagex people overall are nice. I mean, they're definitely not as evil as Disney.

This is pretty much true. As long as you write something like "map from runescape.com, ÃÆââ¬Å¡ÃâéopyÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâîight Jagex" they probably wont get upset. Users on scapeboard copy news from runescape.com all the time but they always state 'from runescape.com' so Jagex has never complained about it.

A lot of the posts are pointless spam...like this one! Euarmm... BlueLancer is right. The rule doesn't really have a contradiction as it supplies a legal alternative to breaking the rules. June 19, 200521 yr i just found out that the censor also contradicts itself. If you type in multiple w's, everyone knows it morphs into, "**********." Anyway, when I was training at the red spiders, I examined red spider eggs. The result was, "eewww." It wasn't censored however :shock:

People were annoyed you couldn't say pass (work it out), when some of the guards in a new quest could. As a result you could, but then you had everyone exploiting how you could say [wagon] again.
