How far do i need to go to use fairy rings?

I know you dont have to complete the quest to access the fairy rings, but up to what part in the quest do i need to get to in order to use them?

You need to complete Fairytale Pt 1, and do as much of Pt 2 as you can...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You dont need to worry about the high Herblore and farming lvl you need for quest, as you don't have to get that far to use rings...

From what I recall, it is very early on in the quest that you get access.

its one of the first things you do in Zanaris i believe
