djp2rr Posted March 1, 2007 Share Posted March 1, 2007 You need to complete Fairytale Pt 1, and do as much of Pt 2 as you can... You dont need to worry about the high Herblore and farming lvl you need for quest, as you don't have to get that far to use rings... Hope that helps...
