Cooking Monkfish

Just wondering at what level do you stop burning Monkfish? I'm currently 75 so I just want to know if I should get to the level with Lobsters first.

Both with and without Cooking Gauntlets if anyone knows.

There is no level to not burn monkfish, and he is right, gauntlets do not effect cooking them, though i am 90 cooking and i have cooked a couple hundred just for barrows food and only burnt 4.

let me know if you have any other questions

You will always burn monkfish. Cooking gauntlets also don't increase your chances to not burn them (says Jagex).

At high levels like 90+, you'll burn very very few. The number is small enough to not worry about it, but you'll still burn some now and then. Another player at level 100 cooking once said that he burned 1 or 2 monkfish recently.

the cooking cape boost of +1 level will stop you burning them, monks stop burning at lvl 100, cooking gauntlets have no effect :wall: :wall:

btw you stop burning at 98 if you use the lumbridge kitchen stove, just a little tip lol, kinda pointless though :-k

Well on another thread, a player used the boost and said he still burned a monkfish.

I don't believe the lumby range helps, as it usually only helps low level fish.
