:P Hey, I was wondering if you could tell me what the best kind of sword is? I'd like to buy a rune one, but I don't want to buy the wrong one and waste my money. :P

Scimitar is usually a good choice for rune. It costs 25k-30k.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

However, it all depends on how your going to use it.

Well I'm going to go and fight hill giants in the Edgeville Dungeon. But will it be good for other things too? :?

i prefer scimmy's myself, but if you want the strongest, that would be a 2 hander

What if I put it this way, what weapon in Rune will kill any type of beast fastest? I know it depends on my stats, but I'm lvl 50's for all three.

Rune scimmitar.

The scimitar attacks slightly faster than the longsword but it weaker, and the longsword is slightly slower but does more damage so they are pretty even, however I would go for the scimitar because I think they are marginally better.

Some people like battleaxes because their slow speed is counter-balanced with a strong attack and strength bonus, and they can use a crush attack which hits easier on plate mail.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I myself prefer scimitar, however.

for me, i preferred these.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

scimmy for overall fighting, normal hp things like guards and whatnot.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

rune 2h/b axe (used both, i like both equally) for higher hp things, hobgoblins, lessers, giants etc.
