I was a level 78 with a quest cape when I first got it. With Dream Mentors now the lowest level can only be a 85 though... so I can't wear my cape anymore... oh how it taunts me.

and you must be the unluckiest barrower ever or something, man 232 runs and 4 drops, i haven't even done 100 runs and already got 10 items(maybe i'm just lucky)

 

who knows maybe luck will turn up for you sometime with barrows
